Internet marketing is becoming an increasingly important part of nearly every company’s marketing mix. For some online businesses, it is the only form of marketing being practiced.

Essentially, Internet marketing is using the Internet to do one or more of the following:

• Communicate a company’s message about itself, its products, or its services online. Communication is Key.
• Conduct research as to the nature (demographics, preferences, and needs) of existing and potential customers. That way knowing what the customers need they can deliver more of the goods.
• Sell goods, services, or advertising space over the Internet. Which has become very popular, because online you can reach more people and target more of the kind of people that is likely to buy your product (which is the research part)?

Today many people are getting involved in Internet Market. From Big Companies to college student to stay at home moms and dads and all kinds of people from different walk of life. Mainly because marketing over the internet has become easy to do. Also because people are looking for additional way to generate Income. A person should be straight (erect) when singing. Air flows better and they are more vibrant. If they are sitting the back should not be slouching. Instead leaning a little forward help improve the singing. You want to do these this so it can help your breathing.

Breathing is the most important part to singing. And to help, a person should take at least 10-15 minutes a day practicing long deep breathing. Pulling the air from your diaphragm helps to build your voice, gives you voice resonance and voice control. 

Pronounciations of the words too are also important. There are Artist out there who sings well but because there words can’t be understood it makes the song meaningless. Diction means correct pronunciation, clear enunciation and distinct articulation. Correct pronunciation is the proper utterance of words in relation to its sound, tone and phonics. Clear enunciation is the clarity and texture of your voice while pronouncing. Articulation is the form of speech with distinct words, syllables, vowels and consonants and accent.

With all these said, Breathing, posture, dictation; we need to remember that were not going to master it all the first time we try. You are going to get feedbacks weather you like it or not, and let me tell you, you may not like it. But don’t get discourage. Listen to what your critics have to say and see if they’re right. Record yourself and listen to your singing. Take the Criticism as a mean of encouraging and improving yourself and singing.

I keep getting asked how I make so much money with cash gifting. Well cash gifting isn’t hard at all. Just like products that’s being offered online you need to know marketing. I tell people all the time “you can have the best website and the best program out there, but if there’s no one to see it how much is it really worth…? It doesn’t mean doodly squat..you won’t make a sale”.

Best Website doesn’t mean anything. Generating traffic to that site is KEY. There are so many ways to generate traffic. From free traffic sources like Article Marketing, forums Marketing and Blogs plus many many more to social media sites like Facebook to MySpace to YouTube and many many more! To paid traffic sources like PPC, Banner Ads, Voice Broadcast and many many more.

If you can generate the traffic, you can make the sale. There is other factor that play a role in the conversion of the sale also but that’s for another day. For right now know that its marketing that brings traffic to your site and not just people falling on it, cause that’s rear!

A lot of times I ask people why they do what they do. Some say it’s for the money. Others say because it’s easy. And every now and then you’ll find the ones who just don’t know. But when I’m asked that question I say “I do what I do because I’m passionate about it “. Passion is my drive.

How can one be truly happy in the career they hold if it is only for the money? Having an easy jobs doesn’t mean much neither. Donald Trump once said that a person could have a job in the best field but if they are not passionate about it they will fail. Likewise someone could have the worst job, but if they are driven by passionate they will succeed in life.

I truly understand that. Passion drives people. It leads to success. It keeps people going! In life, problems and troubles come along constantly. You may hate your boss, don’t like the paper work that’s required daily or the speeches that you have to give daily or weekly etc. but you do it, and when you do its mediocre because you just want to get it over with. But with passion you put your best into everything and anything.

 Some people though they have a good paying job, they may be miserable. Don’t want to get up in the morning to go to work…don’t like their job; when asked why they are there in reply they say “it’s for the money…” Yes the money is good but lack of drive…you performance will be at a minimum. But with passion your performance will be outstanding. Money alone is not a motivating factor. Yes it motivates but for how long…? I’m not saying money isn’t good, but if you’re at a job that supposed to be a “CAREER” for you do you really think money alone can hold you there for 20, 25, 30 plus yrs and you’re not happy…?

But on the flip side if you’re at a “CAREER” where the pay is not all that great but because your passionate about what you do, you can do 20 plus great yrs there at the job. And what people don’t understand is that when you do what your passionate about you perform well. And because of your well performance the money will come.

I tell people all the time when I’m asked “what should I be…’’ Go after what you’re passionate about. Even if they don’t pay much now but because of your passion you will perform outstanding and the money will just come. Like Donald Trump sometimes say, you will do better at a job your passionate then a job you’re not passionate about. Why? Because of the way you will perform.

In a classroom setting there are certain things that are a must in order to get the full benefit and attention of the students. These here are five tips that I find that can greatly Impact a teacher’s performance in the classroom:

 
• Room Arrangement
• Setting Expectation for Behavior
• Managing Students Academic Work
• Managing Inappropriate Behavior
• Promoting Inappropriate Use of Consequence

 
Poor planning a room can create conditions that lead to problems. The teacher should be able to see all the students and be able to watch their behavior. Students also should be able to see the teacher area without the need to turn around or to the side of them. Tools like books, rulers, pens and pencils should be readily available and lanes that are frequently used should be easily accessible.
Every now and then teachers should let the students know what is expected of them. Rules are a good way to emphasize expectation. General rules that can be posted somewhere on a wall is a good way to start. Also school regulation should be posted.
When it comes to a students work, they should be held accountable. The purpose is to focus on the child’s academic and not whether they are good or bad. You shouldn’t give them a “PASS” or in other words let them get away with an incomplete assignment and grade them an “A” as if they did complete it; When it comes to their work they should be held accountable. Also when it comes to a student’s behavior there are skills that should be practiced. You want to:

• Detect the misbehaviors early so that it doesn’t erupt nor get others involved.
• Act to stop the behavior but continue on with the lesson so that it doesn’t become a distraction to the lesson plan nor to draw attention to you as if it’s bothering you and they won… What you can do is get close to the misbehaving student, make eye contact with that student or signal that student in some way or fashion to let them know that you notice them, but keep the instructional lesson going.
• You can even call that student out, call their name and redirect them to what they should be doing instead of what they are doing.

In a classroom a positive enforcement for a student would be a sense of accomplishment; as in good grades and recognition. Too many punishments in the classroom should be avoided. It’s associated with poor classroom management. If there is punishment is should be understood that it’s directly because of their misbehavior.

 
If these 5 Tips are followed, classroom behavior and learning will be a whole lot effective.
